British authorities identified Abedi as the bomber responsible for the explosion in Manchester that killed 22 people.
Details regarding the name of the alleged bomber, Salman Abedi, were published in USA media before British police released that information to United Kingdom media.
According to police in Manchester, 22-year-old Salman Abedi is the prime suspect for the suicide bombing.
She said she plans to "make clear to President Trump that intelligence that is shared between our law enforcement agencies must remain secure".
Authorities in Britain have become increasingly angered by USA leaks from the investigation, including the bomber's name on Tuesday and the photos of blood-stained fragments from the bomb on Wednesday.
The BBC first reported that a decision was made to temporarily freeze disclosing details about the case with USA authorities.

On Wednesday, it apparently happened again, with forensic photos of shrapnel, a backpack and a battery leaked to The New York Times.
But it wasn't clear US officials were the source of the images, which the Times defended as "neither graphic nor disrespectful of victims" and consistent with basic reporting "on weapons used in horrific crimes".
The BBC said Manchester Police hoped to resume normal intelligence relationships soon but is now furious.
The body said it underminded the current investigation, and affected the confidence of witnesses, victims, and all the families affected.
