The shooting began after Neumann slipped through a rear door into the cavernous Fiamma Inc. factory, an area larger than two football fields where awnings are stitched together for recreational vehicles.
A preliminary report via WKMG-TV cited authorities saying the shooting not to be terrorist related, but likely work related involving a 'disgruntled' employee.

The gunman was sacked from Fiamma in April, Demings said. No indication of terrorism connection.
On its officials Twitter account Monday morning, the Orange County Sheriff's Office said the "situation" has been contained.
Four of the victims died at the scene, while a fifth died at a hospital, authorities said.
Seven other employees were in the Fiamma Inc. building at the time of the attack and were unharmed. They are now being interviewed by sheriff's detectives.
The gunman had been involved in a previous incident of workplace violence and had been accused of attacking another employee inside the business. But no charges were filed, and that co-worker was not among Monday's victims, the sheriff said.
He had a minor police record including arrests for DUI and marijuana possession.
To date, no details about the gunman, including his name, have not been released. Police said the shooter's exact motive wasn't necessarily apparent.
State and federal law enforcement officers converged on the industrial park in Orlando shortly after 8 a.m. after a woman ran out and called 911 from a tile business across the street, said Yamaris Gomez, that store's owner.
Ms McIntyre is safe but she called her sister during the shooting.
'She came out and saw a man on the floor, ' she said. "My boss is dead, '" Adams said.
Adams said her sister was OK and was taken to a nearby fire department training facility.
Fiamma calls itself one of the largest manufacturers of awnings for camper vans, motor coaches and sport utility vehicles.
Authorities closed the road near the scene and have urged motorists to "use caution".
