After his tour, Trump attended a private luncheon with members of the USA military and French embassy personnel, where he gave remarks thanking them for their service and paying special honor to three World War II veterans who fought on D-Day.
"Beautiful", Trump said, turning to the first lady of France.
The US President has been denounced for other comments deemed sexist, including criticising the looks of former presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Carly Fiorina, comedian Rosie O'Donnell, media figure Ariana Huffington and models Kim Kardashian and Heidi Klum.
"But we will talk about that over the coming period of time", he said. Then Trump complimented Brigitte Macron's "physical shape".
The invite from Macron appears to be a deliberate attempt to show that Paris is still "welcoming" after Trump announced that "Paris is no longer Paris" following a string of terrorist attacks in the French capital.
The US president withdrew from the 2015 Paris climate agreement last month, citing moves to negotiate a new "fair" deal that would not disadvantage US businesses.
"Trump commented on Brigitte Macron's body, tried to kiss her on the lips & pulled her towards him. I mean, how many people are not going to take the meeting?".
After the parade President Macron will head for the city of Nice, where he will join a commemoration for the 86 people who died when a Tunisian man drove a truck at a crowd a year ago.
After arriving in Paris, First Lady Melania Trump traveled to Necker Hospital to visit with patients and staff.

The pair shared an awkward embrace before Trump grabbed hold of a few of her fingers and started waving her arm around. However, anti-Trump protestors have gathered to declare it a "No Trump Zone".
