According to reports from TMZ, the couple have filed some new trademarks on two new names, which are thought to be that of their newborns!
Both Beyonce and Jay-Z, real name Shawn Carter, have continually landed on Forbes magazine's rich lists in recent years, with the couple boasting a combined estimated net worth of over US$1 billion.
TMZ reports that a company run by the parents Carter has filed legal documents to secure rights to the aforementioned names.
So, assuming these details are correct and this isn't some sort of elaborate freak out before they officially unveil the kids' names as Red and Yellow, the internet is now trying to figure out what they mean.
Rapping candidly, the superstar says: "I apologise often womanize, took for my child to be born, see through a woman's eyes".
"We would like to share our love and happiness".
Blue Ivy has already appeared in music including on Jay-Z latest album, in a song in which the rapper vows that his family will carry on his business empire and help represent African Americans. We learned the sex of the babies a week later, and fans rejoiced at the news that #Beyoncé had given birth to a healthy boy and girl.
Continuing on the Tidal exclusive track, Jay Z seeminly confirmed he cheated on his wife. They join 5-year-old big sister Blue Ivy Carter.
