Ariana Grande has put her Dangerous Woman tour on hold following the suicide bomb attack outside her concert at Manchester Arena on Monday.
"I will make clear to President Trump that intelligence that is shared between our law enforcement agencies must remain secure", she said, in reference to an escalating diplomatic row between the United Kingdom and the US.
The UK terror threat level is now up to its highest level of "critical", meaning more attacks may be imminent.
That decision was made because the authorities were still trying to find the "factory" where the bomb was produced, and whether Abedi had help in assembling the device, according to a law enforcement official who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the secrecy surrounding the investigation.
Salman Abedi blew himself up outside an Ariana Grande concert.
France's interior minister said Abedi is believed to have traveled to Syria and had "proven" links with the Islamic State group.
Abedi and Hostey hung around on the same estates and worshipped in the same Didsbury mosque in Manchester, before they reportedly became disaffected with life in the West.
Before his arrest, the father had told the media that his son was innocent and had been planning a trip to Saudi Arabia for a pilgrimage. "We have been following him for more than one month and a half", Bin Salem said. Abedi's brother was detained Tuesday and shortly before Wednesday's press conference three additional men were taken into custody.
"We are furious. This is completely unacceptable", a government ministry source said.
"We were making our way out and when we were right by the door there was a massive explosion and everybody was screaming", concert-goer Catherine Macfarlane told Reuters. British officials, however, have not commented on whether Abedi had links to IS or other extremist groups.
Now, he is the administrative manager of the Central Security force in Tripoli. Abedi's brother has confessed to a Libyan militia that the two of them belonged to Islamic State.
Greater Manchester Police said: "A search was carried out and a woman has been arrested in connection with the investigation into the Manchester Arena incident". "As we were discussing news of similar attacks earlier, he was always against those attacks, saying there's no religious justification for them".
Abedi's brother, Ismail, was arrested in England Tuesday, Ramadan Abedi said.
"This means that armed police officers responsible for duties such as guarding key sites will be replaced by members of the armed forces, which will allow the police to significantly increase the number of armed officers on patrol in key locations".
The changing of the guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace was canceled Wednesday so police officers can be re-deployed, Britain's defense ministry said.
