Dhoom is the most successful action franchises of Bollywood. Although the movie has not received good response from the audiences, it has managed to garner budget and ran slowly at the box office collection.
As, Salman already signed a similar themed movie, “Race 3“, he was dropped out for the role leaving SRK as the ideal choice. Well, this news is certainly not true as Salman is now working for Yash Raj’s Tiger Zinda Hai. But since Salman has already signed Race 3 and is going to start shooting soon, the makers are considering Shah Rukh for the lead. SRk has proved his mettle as a villain in movies like Darr, Don, Baazigar and Don 2. The rumors are that Aditya Chopra wants to star Salman Khan in Dhoom 4 movie while sources said that it’s not Salman but the Shahrukh Khan. He’s now scripting it. “Maneesh will probably direct it as well”.
Post Raees and and Jab Harry Met Sejal, which fared well at the box-office, Shahrukh Khan is all geared up with his first outing with filmmaker Aanand L Rai’s yet untitled movie, which features the actor as a dwarf.
The source also mentioned, “Although “Fan” didn’t work at the box office, SRK and Maneesh have discussed about working together again”. Nothing is on paper as of now, but for SRK, all that isn’t required when it’s a YRF film. We will have to wait and watch.
