All proceeds from the game - ticket revenue, parking and concessions - were set to go toward Harvey relief.

Watt's fundraiser, which can be found here, cleared the $14 million mark on Friday.

He made an initial $100,000 donation on Sunday when he started the relief effort, and he has been steadily raising the stated goal as donations have surpassed it.

"Everything's bigger in Texas, so I'm raising the goal", Watt said in a Twitter video on Wednesday, when he first announced the $10 million goal.

"I can't say thank you enough - celebrities musicians, athletes, kids with their lemonade stands, people hosting fundraisers, business donating - I cannot thank everybody enough".

"If there is something played this week, I think we should definitely involve some sort of fundraiser, some sort of way to benefit the people back home, because I think this is a much bigger issue than just a football game". "So, it's going to be a very nice thing, just to get back and be able to embrace their families and everybody can see that each other is safe and then we can start that rebuilding process". And we have those all filled with stocks, supplies, water, food, clothing, everything. "It's tough. It's a tough situation and obviously we are thinking about them and it's great what JJ is doing and what the organizations are doing to help". "Houston, we're in this together", Watt said in a description of his donation on the fundraising page.

Watt said the money will go directly to victims in Houston and the surrounding area.

The destruction of hurricane Harvey is reaching the NFL.

Now, Watt can't wait to begin orchestrating his ambitious goals of providing relief for victims of a cruel storm that caused massive flooding, fatalities, property damage homelessness. The Baltimore Ravens are donating $1 million to United Way of Greater Houston, with the funds distributed to the United Way Relief Fund for Hurricane Harvey, the Salvation Army of Houston and the Red Cross.

Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank will match up to $1 million in donations. Pop star and actress Miley Cyrus announced she'd pledged $500,000 to hurricane relief efforts.
