There was an unusual onlooker outside the White House on Wednesday.
"Shep, it appears to be a very large chicken display", replied reporter Josh Lederman.

Brar went as far to request a permit of an inflatable chicken, with Trump-like hair, to sit directly behind the oval office.
Danelle Morton, a veteran journalist and first-time organizer, is responsible for the chickens.
The inflatable barn animal was featured in several Tax Day March events in cities across the U.S., including DC, Chicago and San Francisco.
Back in April the so-called "Trump chicken" became a mascot during the Tax March.
"Yeah I brought the chicken out here to make a statement nearly like a visual, political protest to critique the Presidents behavior".
An unknown group placed the massive chicken behind the White House in the Ellipse park.
