Workers put up the new logo flag for NYRA at the Saratoga Race Course for the 149th meeting at the historic venue Thursday July 20, 2017 in Springs, N.Y. The combination of those 90s and dewpoints in the upper 60s and low 70s made it feel like 100 to 105 for some Thursday afternoon.
Temperatures today are expected to reach to middle 90s for parts of the state. West winds 5 to 10 miles per hour.
