Scarborough announced earlier this week on "The Late Show" that he was leaving the GOP to become an Independent after blasting President Trump on a regular basis.
Like most of the media, when Trump had won the primary and it was no longer useful propping him up, the duo turned on Trump.
"Did anyone else notice, by the way, the hair last night?" he asked.
"He wants to be loved and worshiped and idolized and adored and supported by all his liberal, arrogant, elitist friends in New York City", Hannity added.
"Oh Joe, Liberal Joe, say it ain't so", Hannity said of Scarborough leaving the GOP.
Scarborough, 54, made the announcement during an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert as he was interviewed alongside his Morning Joe co-host and fiancee Mika Brzezinski.
"If Bill Delahunt will promise to go, Mika and I might get married in Nantucket in the spring", Scarborough said, referencing the former congressman whose district included Nantucket.
"It looks like Scarborough thinks he's the next Johnny Rotten", Hannity said.
"I think maybe the last straw for me actually wasn't Russian Federation, it was the health-care bill", Scarborough said at a National Archives event this week. The "Morning Joe" namesake recently released an album and performed on the "Late Show".
