Qatar has steadfastly denied the allegations and has largely blamed a hack of its state news organization for the crisis.
"We are willing to sit and talk", he said on Tuesday in an interview with CNN, adding that the "progressive and modern" country believes in diplomacy and promoting peace in the Middle East.
"We have made a decision to take steps to make it clear that enough is enough", Jubeir told reporters in Paris. We are a platform for peace not terrorism.
Trump's comments came minutes after Secretary of State Rex Tillerson called for calm and an ease to the blockade imposed against Qatar by its neighbors.
The Trump administration has repeatedly said it would help the countries resolve their differences, however none of the Arab countries have expressed willingness to have the U.S.as the mediator.
June 8: Apparently having been told that Qatar is an ally which hosts both CENTCOM and a huge U.S. military base, Trump offers up Secretary of State Rex Tillerson to mediate the dispute. Secretary Tillerson told reporters at the State Department shortly before Trump's remarks that this blockade is hindering the USA -led military campaign against ISIS, creating hardships for the people of Qatar and "impairing us and other global business activities in the region".
Qatar hosts the largest USA military base in the entire Middle East, housing 11,000 American troops.
Tillerson says the blockade is hindering US military efforts and the campaign against the Islamic State group.
But Trump, taking a much harder line than his chief diplomat, demanded that Qatar "stop teaching people to kill other people, stop filling their heads with hate", and stop funding terror groups.
US President Donald Trump this week urged Gulf unity in a call to Saudi Arabia's King Salman.
Qatar is a small kingdom which plays a crucial part in the global economy thanks to its large reserves of natural gas.
The move comes after the country banned any direct flights to and from Qatar, and also closed down the offices of Qatar Airways across the UAE.
Those nations, most notably Saudi Arabia, disagree with Qatar over the role of Islamist groups, such as the Muslim Brotherhood, as well as Iran.
Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani called the moves by Arab neighbours and others "clear violations of global law and worldwide humanitarian law".
"They will not have a positive impact on the region but a negative one", the minister said while on a visit to Germany.
"I have a request to the Saudi administration: you are the biggest in the Gulf, the strongest.you should be the leader of fraternity there, you should bring everyone together", he said.
