The support was declared by Qatari Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani while talking to newsmen in Paris after meeting his French counterpart.
The Saudi comments were in reaction to remarks by Qatar Airway's chief executive that the kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain were violating worldwide law by shutting out Qatari flights.
Qatar's Central Bank said on Monday banking transactions at home and overseas were continuing normally despite the diplomatic crisis which has seen several Gulf countries sever ties with the emirate. Qatar denied all the allegations floated against it as baseless.
Saudi Arabia is not a signatory to the convention.
"There is no more trust", he said, adding, "it is time for cooler heads to restructure Qatar's approach on foreign policy".
"I have urged all sides to refrain from any further escalation and to engage in mediation efforts".
Moutaz Al Khayyat, Chairman of Power International Holding, chose to fly 4,000 cows back to Qatar for a constant supply of fresh milk in the country.

The Saudi cabinet expressed satisfaction on Qatar-related decisions. They argue that the comments highlight Doha's close ties with Iran and reinforce their long-held concerns over Qatar's support for terrorism.
Iranian media meanwhile reported Sunday that three traditional dhow boats carrying some 350 tons of fruit are to leave for Qatar from the small Iranian port of Dayyer.
