Qatar blamed hackers for a string of explosive remarks attributed to its Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani after Trump visited Saudi Arabia, its giant neighbour.
"The first impression of the US President Donald Trump's visit to the region is the recent tension in the countries' relations", IRNA news agency quoted Boroujerdi as saying.

Qatar is home to the sprawling al-Udeid Air Base, which is home to the forward headquarters of the USA military's Central Command.
They accuse Qatar, which supplies roughly a third of global LNG - natural gas that has been converted to liquid form for export - of supporting extremism. It also has a presence in Egypt, where it bought Societe Generale's Egyptian business for about $2 billion in 2013, and holds a 40 percent stake in UAE-based Commercial Bank International.
Gulf Arab states and Egypt have long resented Qatar's support for Islamists, especially the Muslim Brotherhood which they regard as a unsafe political enemy.

Qatar is being accused of backing militant groups including Islamic State and al-Qaeda.
Qatar has for years presented itself as a mediator and power broker for the region's many disputes, but Egypt and the Gulf Arab states resent Qatar's support for Islamists, especially the Muslim Brotherhood, which they see as a political foe.
The campaign reached a crescendo on Monday with Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Bahrain severing diplomatic relations and halting flights to and from Doha and expelling it from an Arab-led coalition fighting in Yemen, as well as demanding the departure within two weeks of Qatari residents and citizens in their countries. FIFA, worldwide soccer's governing body, said it remained in regular contact with Qatar, declining to elaborate.
The United States urged unity for the Gulf States. The countries also said they would eject Qatar's diplomats.
Emirates Airlines and Etihad Airways- two of the three biggest carriers in the Middle East, and the two largest airlines in the United Arab Emirates-have suspended flights to Qatar over the country's alleged support for terrorist groups.
Qatar are now bottom of their qualifying group, with only South Korea, Syria and China to play.
Before Monday, Qatar had appeared unperturbed by the growing tensions. Last week, the emir called Iranian President Hasan Rouhani to congratulate him on his re-election - a clear and public rebuttal of Saudi Arabia's efforts to force Qatar to fall in line. It also reaffirmed its commitment to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), according the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to reports, Qatar had provided Dollars 8 billion financial support to Morsi and was the main Gulf backer of Brotherhood's government.
