With reports coming in that Manchester suicide bomber Salman Abedi, who is originally from Libya, was known to intelligence agencies in United Kingdom, it has put a question mark on all the things that MI5 knew about the suicide bomber and how they tackled the matter.

Seven children were among the dead in what was the most costly terror attack to hit Britain since the July 7 bombings in 2005.
Abedi died in the blast.
"Until the operation is complete we can't be entirely sure that it is closed", Rudd said.
The huge police response that followed saw raids in several cities as counter-terror efforts were focused on cornering his suspected criminal ring. The straps of a backpack are visible on his shoulders.
"In the past five days we have gathered significant information about Abedi, his associates, his finances, the places he had been, how the device was built and the wider conspiracy", the police statement said.
The British Red Cross announced the amount raised in a fundraising drive for the Manchester victims and survivors has reached £5.65 million, having been supported by celebrities including Justin Timberlake and Martin Freeman.

On Saturday, Britain lowered its official terrorism threat level from "critical" to "severe" after police said they had dismantled a large part of Abedi's network.
Peter Hook, a member of seminal Manchester band New Order, was among the runners and said the tragedy had brought people together.
At a press conference at the G7 summit in Sicily on Friday, Mrs May said: "Yes, I did raise the issue of leaks of information that have been shared by the police with the Federal Bureau of Investigation with President Trump".
"The intelligence services are still collecting information about (Abedi) and about the people around him", Rudd said.
"I would not rush to conclusions. that they have somehow missed something", Rudd said.
