The Gunners stand in the way of Chelsea's bid for a double in Antonio Conte's first season as head coach, in the May 27 FA Cup final.

In this Premier League season, Conte has shown that he has all the qualities required from a good manager.

Last night's 1-0 win away to West Bromwich Albion made Conte the fourth Italian tactician to win the title after Roberto Mancini, Ancelotti and Claudio Ranieri.

The Blues have had a resurgent season under their new boss after finishing tenth a year ago and Conte believes that matches against Arsenal, Manchester United and Manchester City were pivotal to his side's challenge, especially the 3-0 defeat to the Gunners in September.

It was Batshuayi's first league appearance since April 1 and his first league goal since he scored the equaliser in a 2-1 victory at Watford on August 20.

"Don't forget last season was a bad season for the club, for the players, for the fans".

"Only one year later, to celebrate this win in a league where there are big, big teams with great players and great managers, for me it's important to celebrate now".

"It's important to celebrate now".

The England defender added: "We've worked so hard all season to be in a position to get this trophy".

He was then dragged out of his post-match media conference by celebrating players David Luiz and Diego Costa, but not before pinpointing the key moment in his side's season.

Following the change in system, Chelsea have dropped just 13 points out of a possible 90 to storm clear at the top of the Premier League.

Conte enjoyed the on-pitch celebrations with the Chelsea supporters.

"This is a dream that is coming true".

The Blues have been the Premier League's top performing team since Antonio Conte's arrival at the club last summer as Jose Mourinho's permanent successor.

"For this I want to thank my players because they trusted in new work and a new philosophy".

He has surpassed the expectations of even owner Roman Abramovich, who offered his congratulations via technical director Michael Emenalo.

Conte pointed to September's 3-0 loss at Arsenal, which prompted a change in formation to 3-4-3, as a pivotal moment. He said to keep calm and play our football. These are moments that you understand you can fight for the title, but to win it or not? "Every single player found in this system the best for them".
