As part of its annual summer preview, Yahoo Movies recently invited King Arthur: Legend of the Sword into the limelight in order to showcase a never-before-seen action shot of Charlie Hunnam's title hero standing tall, Excalibur in hand; now, the outlet has unearthed a moody new clip in which Michael McElhatton's Jack's Eye can be seen dishing out words of wisdom to the man who would be king.

The former footballer has a cameo role in Guy Ritchie's King Arthur: Legend Of The Sword. But once he pulls the sword from the stone, his life is turned upside down and he is forced to acknowledge his true legacy.whether he likes it or not. Let's wait and watch when the film releases later this month. The film is produced by Oscar victor Akiva Goldsman ("A Beautiful Mind", "I Am Legend"), Joby Harold, Tory Tunnell ("Awake", "Holy Rollers"), and "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." and "Sherlock Holmes" producers Steve Clark-Hall, Guy Ritchie and Lionel Wigram. There was a bit of a delay in the film arriving in cinemas with the original July 22, 2016 pushed to mid-May of this year. However, the event did attract 30,000 attendees, pretty much selling out the event. "It's amusing, on a film of this size, there's a lot of absurd jobs (that) get created, and one of the jobs was the sword wrangler", the actor recalled on US breakfast show Good Morning America.

Charlie attempted to steal his royal character Arthur Pendragon's famous weapon, Excalibur, off the set of the adventure flick but the "sword wrangler" stopped him.

Acclaimed filmmaker Guy Ritchie brings his dynamic style to the epic fantasy action adventure King Arthur: Legend of the Sword.

Are you excited for King Arthur? But aside from appearances in a few documentaries, and a cameo in Ritchie's previous movie The Man from UNCLE, Beckham has stuck to playing the occasional match, and improving his Instagram game - which is where he shared this first look at his character Blackleg Leader from King Arthur.
