A couple on a Las Vegas-bound Southwest Airlines flight managed to avoid charges after they reportedly joined the mile high club.

The crew onboard the plane called officers after the duo refused to stop romping as the aircraft continued towards Las Vegas.

Officials from McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada, have asked the owners of corporate planes to make parking reservations ahead of time if they are planning to attend the upcoming fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Conor McGregor.

The couple’s names were not released.

Southwest Airlines spokesperson, while speaking to Fox News, said, “Southwest airline doesn’t condone this type of activity and we apologize to the other passengers on-board”.

“Nobody on the flight wanted to file charges”, Las Vegas police Lt. John Liberty told KSNV-TV. “They were all over each other”. After the couple was identified, all the information will allegedly be turned over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. “When that occurs, the FAA can propose civil penalties against a passenger”, Gregor said.

While police did not receive any video evidence from passengers or crew, Oram said video of the incident was posted to social media. No matter the outcome, each man will reportedly take home more than $100 million for the night.
