Anyone with information about the death is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-2677.

When first responders arrived around 5 a.m. Wednesday, they found 38-year old Jason Harris dead in the front seat.

Throughout the morning, police received numerous calls that said passing motorists observed the vehicle as early as 3:45 AM.

Once the vehicle was searched, Harris’ identity was confirmed and police began the process to work on notifying his family.

Sgt. Dave Walker said a registration check of the Jeep revealed the previous owner sold it for cash, but said items in the vehicle confirmed Harris’ identity.
