The electronics giant has recently announced a new scheme which allows users to get a replacement for their broken display screen for just Rs 990.

Replacing your broken smartphone screen is always a big headache, and more than that, it means a big hole in your pocket.

Samsung India has launched a new offer called "Never Mind" for its smartphone users in India.

However, there is a catch, According to the norms, the smartphone should cost at least INR 9,000 to avail this offer. So, if you have already purchased a smartphone before 21st September, then you are ineligible for this plan from Samsung. It's worth mentioning that you don't have to pay the Rs 990 at the time of purchasing a Samsung device. The smartphones included in this "Never Mind" offer by Samsung are: Samsung Galaxy Note series, Galaxy S series, Galaxy C series, Galaxy On series, Galaxy A series, and Galaxy J series. But wait, it doesn't seem to be so, anymore, for select Samsung smartphones.

"As part of the offer, we are giving our consumers the peace of mind of having screen replacement anytime during the period of 12 months from now of the purchase of their device", said Asim Warsi, Senior Vice President, Samsung India.
