Janet Jackson's Brother Details Abuse & More Unsettling Details From Wissam Al Mana Marriage

Janet Jackson's brother, Steven Randall "Randy" Jackson, recently shared details about the singer's marriage to Wissam Al Mana.

Since the split, Janet has been leaning on her family, especially Randy. Very close to his sister, he has attended to scenes shocking: "It happened later in their relationship, the verbal abuse and the feeling of being prisoner in her own home".

He continued, saying, "It was quite an abusive situation" inside the home.

In a new interview with People, Randy says Janet was demeaned during her pregnancy. No pregnant woman needs to go through being called a bitch everyday. There were things like that. That is what she went through, ' Randy claimed.

Janet, 51, married the London-based Qatari businessman, 42, in 2012.

Randy Jackson's comments are not the first report of spousal abuse among the Jackson family.

"I told her, 'You've got to move in with me or I'm going to go over there and there's going to be hell.' She was really pissed off". I replied "I don't care". I'm exhausted of this situation.

Randy, however, insists that religion had nothing to do with it.

The pair quietly Wednesday in 2012 and went on to welcome son Eissa on January 3 of this year. "I suffered, we all suffered", he began by declaring, making reference to the legal battle that has been ongoing since long months Janet Jackson and Wissam Al Mana.

He went on to say that he felt he had to help his sister earlier this year and told her to move in with him.

Randy, who lives in London near Janet, says he urged her to finally make up her mind as to how she was going to handle her marriage and the abuse.

Al Mana's attorney provided People with a statement that reads, "Mr. Al Mana is not going to dignify these particular and deeply hurtful allegations with a response". The "Rhythm Nation" singer announced in a tweet on May 1 that she and Al Mana were separated and going through divorce proceedings in court, adding, "The rest is in God's hands".

Though Al Mana's few statements have been subtle, he's opted to play nice with his ex in the public eye.
