She pointed out that there were Trump associates saying in August, well before emails from her then-campaign chairman, John Podesta were hacked and leaked, that he was "going to end up in the barrel". Clinton asked. "The Russians hacked those e-mails". "He should have been disciplined-whether or not fired, that's not for me to say". This is the one real factor Clinton cited that makes sense, because if people of such states were not required to provide identification, she probably would have won. It left her stunned and dumbfounded, she said, and she said it cut her lead in half in a crucial part of the swing state of Pennsylvania.
"Well, great. Too little, too late", Clinton wrote in What Happened. The more professionally successful a man becomes, the more likable he is.
The fact that 53 percent of white women voters cast their votes for Donald Trump in November has been a source of consternation, shame, and anger in the months since, as many Americans wondered how so many white women could vote for a man who bragged about grabbing women by the genitals.
Clinton also implied that more needs to be done to investigate election security.
'If I had been elected and this had come to light ... "I was in service to our president".
"I write in the book about an incredible conversation I had with Sheryl Sandberg, who has done so much work to untangle what it really is, what you have to do to be effective and what is tinged not to be determined as sexism". "As a result, a lot of journalists see their job as exposing the devious machinations of the Clinton Machine". "And now this", Clinton wrote. I would have done everything I could to get to the bottom of it because it's not going to stop.
Clinton also admitted to poking fun at former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney's habit of crating beloved Irish setter "Seamus" atop the family station wagon on road trips. Earlier Tuesday, a similar comment by Clinton to NPR prompted Emma Vigeland of the Young Turks network to say it "is the opposite of feminism". "I take responsibility for all of them", she writes in the book.
