So, did you pre-order the Galaxy Note 8? The phone runs Android 7.1.1 with Samsung's custom UI on top and is powered by 3,300 mAh battery with QuckCharge 3.0 capabilities. The camera system also adheres a Live Focus feature for portrait shots in real time unlike the iPhone 7 Plus Portrait Mode.
Samsung seems to be fascinated with the dual camera concept so much so that the giant has launched yet another Dual Camera smartphone. The Galaxy Note 8 is officially set to be released in South Korea on September 21 but consumers who place an advanced order on the device will receive it by Friday, September 15, Samsung previously said.
The good part about the Galaxy Note 8 is that many components, including the common ones that typically receive the most wear and tear, are modular and can be replaced independently. The phone also features a rear dual camera and a 13-megapixel with a sensor, a f/1.7 aperture and a secondary 5-megapixel sensor with a f/1.9 aperture. The smartphone supports facial recognition as well as finger-sensor features.

"As a result, the Note 8 has successfully completed a rigorous series of device and battery safety compatibility test protocols".
Compare this to just a few years ago with the Galaxy S3 and you'll see how massive Samsung's growth has been.
Taking a razor blade to the iris scanner, front-facing camera, and earpiece on the device, it held up well.
