Littlefinger is the only man to claim ownership of the dagger, but as he told Bran, where the dagger came from and who it really belongs to is the question that essentially launched the War of the Five Kings. Bran may be "most useful" in the battle against the White Walkers, as Wright said, but there's also the question of how long he'll be useful for. And maybe crack a smile once in a while, but we can't expect miracles.
