Different contractors have submitted requests to build a border wall.
"I believe the media is against him, the Democrats are against him, some members of his own party are against him, so I´m here to say I stand by your policies", he told AFP.
He spent several minutes recounting the Senate health care debate earlier this summer, in which Republicans came up one vote short of repealing the Affordable Care Act.
"When Nazis are comfortable marching on the streets with fire, and with what happened after Charlottesville, I didn´t want to sit at home and do nothing", said organizer Anabel Martinez.
She tweeted that the email's objective was to provide reporters with "research on Trump's lies" and noted that DNC chair Tom Perez earlier this month said a massive border wall along the southern border of the United States is "ludicrous" and a waste of tax dollars.

A failure would be another setback for a president who has seen his message overshadowed by controversy and his agenda thwarted by legislative missteps.
Trump made bolstering border security and pursuit of undocumented immigrants already in the US a centerpiece of his campaign for president.
President Trump instituted tough immigration policies that have reduced illegal border crossings over the southwest border by 47 percent compared to the same period past year.
