This world is guided by a so-called Noise which allows all living creatures to hear each other's thoughts at all time. The Noise drives people insane until a guy called Todd Hewitt, played by Holland, discovers a girl, played by Ridley, who may hold the key to stopping it.
Nick will play Davy Prentiss Jr., "a young soldier in Mayor Prentiss' army fueled by jealousy over his father's (Mads Mikkelson) mentorship of long-time rival Todd Hewitt (Tom)". He also starred in TV drama Kingdom, which ended after its third season earlier this month (Aug17), and previously appeared on the shows Scream Queens, Hawaii Five-0, and Smash.
Demian Bichir and Sons of Anarchy creator Kurt Sutter recently joined the cast, as well. Chaos Walking is due in theaters March 1, 2019. Charlie Kaufman worked with Ness, Lindsey Beer, Gary Spinelli, and John Lee Hancock to adapt the material for the screenplay.
