To help ramp up support for victims of Hurricane Harvey's devastation, American and United Airlines are offering bonus miles to anyone makes charitable donations.

Hurricane Harvey made landfall in Houston late last week, causing amounts of damage that National Weather Service meteorologists called "unprecedented" and "beyond anything experienced" in an announcement Sunday.
The Red Cross in Texas has also asked people to volunteer.
Red Cross volunteers are loading supplies onto trucks there and waiting for the flooding to recede in Houston so they can infiltrate neighborhoods and start passing out water, food, cleaning supplies, and moral support.
