Production company HBO said the episode was mistakenly made available on its streaming platforms in Spain, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
HBO's spokesperson confirmed the new leak was not connected to the cyber-attack.
"There are several high-quality copies of the episode floating around at the moment, ' reports the Torrent Freak website".
UK's The Independent even carried a recap of the leaked episode. Apart from a recent hack on HBO, four past and present employees of an Indian technology vendor have been arrested on suspicion of leaking Episode 4, The Spoils Of War, on Aug 4.
The files in the dump contain everything from West World Season 2 shooting schedules to 27 separate Game of Thrones Season 7 "shooting [diaries]" - along with plenty of other inside information.
The man all worked for Prime Focus Technologies, an independent firm that handles Star India's data, police said.
It looks like HBO's trouble with hackers is only getting worse.
HBO was first hit by the "major cyber attack" last month, in which hackers threatened to leak a massive 1.5 terabytes of stolen content. That led HBO to discontinue distributing review screeners on DVD.
Meanwhile, in 2015 the first four episodes of season five landed on piracy networks, after being copied from review screeners, almost a full day before the season premiere.
