Syrian Observatory for Human Rights told AFP, on Tuesday, that there were about 19 children and 12 women among those killed in the raids.
Humanitarian agencies reported that in recent days in Raqqa, considered one of Daesh's strongholds, 120 civilians were killed due to United States of America and its western allies bombing.
The Syrian Democratic Forces, backed by the US-led coalition, are engaged in fierce fighting in the Islamic State stronghold and have captured more than half the city so far.
"The tolls are high because the air strikes are hitting neighborhoods in the city center that are densely packed with civilians", observatory director Rami Abdel Rahman said.
There was no immediate comment from the coalition, which is supporting Kurdish-led fighters seeking to capture Raqqa.
A political analyst has cast doubt on the claims by Washington and its allies that the so-called US-led coalition mistakenly targets civilians in Iraq and Syria.
He blamed Daesh for using civilians as "human shields".
The US-led coalition rarely admits to civilian casualties in Iraq and Syria and has not yet released a statement regarding the allegations.
"We have opened up safe routes for civilians to cross securely toward areas controlled by our forces, who are rescuing civilians nearly daily and transferring them to safe places".
The activist-run group Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently said 32 people were killed in airstrikes on one neighbourhood alone.
RBSS published gruesome photos of dust-covered toddlers who had reportedly died in the bombardment.
More than 330,000 people have been killed in Syria's conflict, which began with anti-government protests in 2011 but has since mushroomed into all-out war drawing in world powers.
