It's Canon's first ever 85mm lens to offer image stabilization.
Canon has launched a trio of new tilt-shift lenses, introducing the TS-E 50mm f/2.8L MACRO, TS-E 90mm f/2.8L MACRO and TS-E 135mm f/4L MACRO.
The Canon TS-E 50mm f/2.8L MACRO, TS-E 90mm f/2.8L MACRO and TS-E 135mm f/4L MACRO price tags will be £2,499.99/€2,999.99; £2,499.99/€2,999.99; and £2,499.99/€2,999.99, respectively.
Canon says the TS-E 50mm is aimed at photographers shooting landscapes and architecture, while the TS-E 90mm and TS-E 135mm are better suited for portraiture and macro photography in the studio. The SWC is created to reduce flare and ghosting and the all new Air-Sphere technology is created to provide better anti-reflective performance.

The new Canon MT-26EX-RT Macro Twin-Lite Flash inherits the ease of use and operability of Canon's latest Speedlite EX series flashes and increased brightness of the focusing lamp compared to previous Canon Macro-Twin Lites. The use of a macro twin-lite allows for a more ideal lighting situation for photographers, and can be adjusted and shifted depending on the direction the photographer would like to control. Further, the twin flashes are detachable. There is also less noise produced from the charging of the lights. The Twin-Lite MT-26EX-RT Flash is set to start shipping in November, like the lenses, and will sell for just under US$1,000.
The new lens complements Canon's 85mm lineup rather than replace the Canon EF 85mm f/1.2L II. Features include Air-Sphere coating for reducing internal reflections, high-speed autofocus with an algorithm designed especially for portraits and wedding photography, weather-sealing and up to four stops of image stabilisation. All three lenses feature 9-blade circular apertures, a maximum magnification of 0.5x, and fluorine coating.
