Adam Jones hit a milestone home run, Welington Castillo had three hits and two RBIs and the Baltimore Orioles beat the Seattle Mariners 7-6 Monday night for their fifth straight victory.
The Mariners, after climbing back to three games above.500 by winning five of the first seven games on their 12-game road trip, have lost three in a row and fall to 66-66.
Jones has consistently roamed center field at Camden Yards since 2008, playing no fewer than 119 games since moving to Baltimore from the Mariners after just two seasons in Seattle.
The Baltimore Orioles on Tuesday reinstated right-hander Dylan Bundy from the bereavement list and optioned left-hander Donnie Hart to Triple-A Norfolk. Ariel Miranda (8-6, 4.62) pitches for Seattle opposite Ubaldo Jimenez (5-9, 6.57).
Jonathan Schoop homered off Seattle starter Erasmo Ramirez in the first inning, and Machado hit the first of his two homers off Ramirez in the sixth.
The M's are 66-65, a game-and-a-half out of the second American League wildcard playoff spot.
