Fantasy Impact According to jail records, Foreman was arrested by the University of Texas Police Department and charged with "marijuana possession of two ounces or less and unlawful carrying of a weapon" at 3 a.m. Sunday.
The drug charge carries a $1,000 bond and the bond for unlawful carrying of a weapon is $3,500.
Foreman subsequently was arrested and booked into Travis County Jail.

While the Texans are not issuing a comment at this moment, we can only wonder what this spells for Foreman's future with the team.
The running back was on the Texas campus in Austin, part of a group of six men who were all cited for marijuana after being spotted smoking in parked cars outside a dormitory. The University of Texas police made the arrest.
"We are confident this matter will be resolved justly once the state of Texas applies the applicable law to the facts", Foreman's Austin-based attorney Sam Bassett said in a statement.
The NFL has the authority to suspend Foreman under the personal conduct policy, meaning he could miss the season opener against Jacksonville at home. This legal handgun was recently purchased by D'onta and registered to his name. Strong was arrested on marijuana possession charges in February of a year ago.
Foreman was among those found in one of three vehicles with marijuana inside each of them. The handgun was properly secured inside his vehicle as required by Texas law.
Basset said Foreman will take a urine test after making bond to prove his innocence.
