Jay-Z's anticipated 4:44 album is finally here. and it appears he threw a few jabs.
In his lyrics, the 47-year-old Brooklyn, New York native seems to mention very explicitly the giant loan that the super producer offered up to Kanye apparently confirming the rumor. On "Kill Jay-Z", Hov raps: "I know people backstab you, I felt that too/But this "f*ck everybody attitude" ain't natural/But you ain't the same, this ain't Kumba 'Ye/But you got hurt because you did cool by 'Ye/You give him $20 million without blinking/he gave you 20 minutes on stage, f*ck what was he thinking?/'F*ck wrong with everybody?' is what you saying/But if everyone is crazy, you're the one that's insane".
As usual, Kanye stopped one of his concerts and started to rant about his relationship with Jay Z.
As fans were collecting their thoughts over the opening lines to "Kill JAY Z", the artist addresses his qualms with Ye and their disagreements over the business of streaming.
The "Famous" rapper also went after Beyoncé during the diatribe, bringing up when he infamously interrupted Taylor Swift's acceptance speech to tell the crowd that Beyoncé deserved the Video of the Year award during the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. This is a moment in the matrix, bro.
Though there was obviously some bad blood, Kanye, Jay-Z and Beyonce have reportedly repaired their relationship since the feud.
