The Danish-born actor is now terrifying audiences with his tongue-tearing killer Euron, who he himself insisted will be a far more terrifying beast than the likes of Ramsay Bolton and King Joffrey. What that quote is referring to is a conversation between her and her father, Eddard Stark in the first season of the show when he told her that she could be royalty one day, wearing dresses, to which Arya replied, "That isn't me". However, the actor believes Theon is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder following his time in captivity under Ramsay Bolton. One can only hope that Theon makes a glorious return, saves his sister and sticks his sword right up Euron's as*hole. I think if Yara is dead, she's of no use. "She's really upset at this point that they're defeated and she sees that he gets spooked and has no choice [but to save himself]". This isn't what they set out to do and now the wheels have come off. It wasn't long until Euron had his niece with his arm in a chokehold and an ax directed toward her throat. "And she was about to get some below deck-so she's pissed off about that as well".
Yara and Theon Greyjoy had no idea this was coming. Latest episodes can also be watched via Hotstar. I refuse to believe that there's anything so important that it prevented you from watching Game of Thrones. When you're limited to an introduction of two lines per character and there are four characters in the scene - during our introduction scene in season five - it's hard to create a lasting impression.
By the end of "Stormborn", Euron killed both Obara and Nymeria Sand, two thirds of the Sand Snakes, and captured Yara, Ellaria Sand (Indira Varma) and Tyene Sand (Rosabell Laurenti Sellers).
So, now you know.
Pilou Asbæk, the actor behind the psychotic Euron, spoke recently to Variety, telling them why the character revels in the show's violent moments with seemingly little care for his own safety.
That gives him incredible leverage in the war between Daenerys Targaryen and Cersei Lannister for the Iron Throne. Perhaps this is why Euron himself seems so unpredictable. Is she? How about Ellaria? And while Whelan can't say anything about the future of their relationship, she said she's "very open minded" and up for "whatever the script writers decide to do with her".
"The show was so massive for me in terms of my career and building my profile and as an experience in itself, I wanted to see it through to the end", she explained.
"It's not looking good, is it?"
