Police said they can not confirm yet if the other remains belonged to the three other people who went missing - namely 19-year-old Jimi Tara Patrick, 22-year-old Mark Sturgis, and 21-year-old Tom Meo.
Cadaver dogs led investigators this week to the spot on the family farm where they discovered human remains inside a 12 ½-foot-deep common grave.
A 90-acre property on Route 202 in Solebury Township is the main search site in the case of four missing Bucks County men. The other men missing are 22-year-old Mark Sturgis and 21-year-old Tom Meo, along with Jimi Taro Patrick, a rising sophomore and business major at Loyola.
Police arrested Cosmo DiNardo on stolen property charges, as the 20-year-old suspect tried to sell Meo's vehicle to a friend.
Cosmo DiNardo's attorney, Paul Lang, said that the 20-year-old man confessed to murdering all four men and also told authorities where the bodies are located. "As parents, Mr. and Mrs. DiNardo sympathize with the parents and families of the missing young men and they are cooperating in every way possible with the investigation being conducted by law enforcement".
Released on bail on Tuesday on $100K, DiNardo was arrested a day later after it was revealed he'd tried to sell the automobile of one of the reported missing men over the weekend.
"At this point, I just ask for your patience and your prayers for these four young men", he said. Patrick disappeared on July 5, and the three others went missing two days later.
The timeline of events in Bucks County started last weekend when family members of the four missing men began reporting them missing.
The detention comes on the heels of Cosmo DiNardo's attorney saying that his client admitted to killing the four men and telling authorities the location of the bodies.
Cosmo DiNardo had been trying to sell the 1996 Nissan Maxima on Saturday to a friend for $500, according to Weintraub's office. Meo, a diabetic, disappeared on July 7th.
DiNardo was initially arrested Monday and held on $1 million bail on an unrelated gun charge before his father bailed him out.
"As is often the case in an investigation of this magnitude, it is all hands on deck", Weintraub said.
The discovery of Finocchiaro's remains followed the arrest of DiNardo, who police took into custody Monday on a February firearms possession charge that was dismissed but refiled.
