In a separate investigation, counter-terror police made a series of arrests in Ilford, east London, on Wednesday night in connection with the London Bridge atrocity.
All three have been taken to a south London police station.
Met Police said: 'All three were arrested on suspicion of the commission, preparation or instigation of terrorism offences under section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000.
A 27-year-old was detained on terrorism charges while the second, aged 33, was arrested on drugs charges.
United Kingdom security was on high alert following the attack at London Bridge, in which eight people were killed and over 50 others injured when three assailants mowed down pedestrians on the bridge and then launched a stabbing rampage at the nearby Borough Market.
Both are still in police custody.
They killed eight people and caused dozens of injuries before being shot dead by police.
The families of the London attackers have condemned their actions on Wednesday, with relatives of Khuram Butt, Youssef Zaghba and the ex-partner of Rachid Redouane saying they were shocked at what had happened.
It was the third terrorist attack in the United Kingdom in as many months, and came less than two weeks after a suicide bomber killed 22 people at a concert in Manchester.
Another police auto then arrives, and the other two terrorists can be seen getting shot - with all the action concluding in under 20 seconds.
There were more than 100 people injured in the Manchester and London attacks combined.
