The 31-year-old will face more competition next season, with the Gunners set to sign Kolasinac on a free transfer from German club Schalke.
Anyone who has been keeping up with the recent Arsenal transfer news and rumours will not be surprised to hear that the Bosnia and Herzogovia global star Sead Kolasinac is going to be playing for the Gunners next season, but we always need to wait for the official confirmation before being completely sure.
The Gunners has said that the transfer is still "subject to the completion of all regulatory processes", but the left-back has effectively ensured that he will become an Arsenal player on July 1.
Schalke confirmed that the defender had signed a deal "which runs until 2022".
Kolasinac comes to the club as a replacement of an ageing Nacho Monreal, whose performance drastically deteriorated in the last season.
