Riyadh wants Islamabad to side with the kingdom to isolate Qatar but Pakistan insisted that it will use its influence over Qatar to defuse the situation and for that goal, the prime minister will undertake visits to Kuwait, Qatar and Turkey.
Since the blockade of the tiny Arab country, Kuwaiti and Pakistani leaders have visited Saudi Arabia to calm down the tension.
"I must state here that Saudi Arabia has a key role".
Airlines and aircraft not registered in Egypt or Qatar will be allowed to fly between the two countries, officials in Cairo said.
"Nevertheless, in order to placate Saudi Arabia, Pakistan offered to use its influence over Qatar to defuse the situation".
The statement from Sharif's office quoted him as saying he hopes the "current impasse in the Gulf will be resolved soon" in the best interest of the Muslim community. "Tremendous investments in the United States", Trump said at talks with Saudi King Salman.
The UAE's General Civil Aviation Authority said it was fully committed to the Chicago Convention but reserved the sovereign right under worldwide law to take any precautionary measures to protect its national security if necessary, UAE state news agency WAM said.
Qatar, meanwhile, has indicated that it was willing to address concerns of the countries that ended diplomatic relations with it.
The United Arab Emirates and Bahrain appear to be violating people's human rights by threatening to jail or fine them for expressing sympathy for Qatar, U.N. human rights chief Zeid Ra'ad al Hussein said on Wednesday.
Erdogan said it appears that some countries had made a decision to hand down the death penalty to Qatar and urged Saudi Arabia to reconsider the harsh steps. The ministry said Qatar had been an "impartial diplomatic mediator" in the dispute between Djibouti and Eritrea, which led to armed clashes in 2010.
Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said Wednesday the crisis between Qatar and some Arab countries should be resolved "through peace and dialogue".
