Need for Speed: Payback is going the Fast and Furious route which isn't a bad thing. It's always been possible to remove some dead-zone and make NFS handling a little more enjoyable for driving enthusiasts, so my fingers are crossed that remains. EA's trailer showed the story's main characters who will drive cars really, really fast to thwart the machinations of a crime syndicate. Access members also receive a 10% discount on digital versions of Need for Speed: Payback.
After you choose your Need for Speed Payback auto style, you will find new challenges as you play though the game. Here's just hoping the Need for Speed series has moved well past the live action elements of its previous entry two years ago.
As expected, the gameplay is full of explosive, high-octane action that feels like a good mix of Need for Speed and Burnout.
We'll have more time to play the later this week.
Need For Speed Payback is set to release on November 10th, 2017.
