Who should buy it: If you're just a casual user, get the entry-level iMac with the 21.5-inch standard screen.
The MacBook Pro on the other hand, now has Apple's Touch Bar and Intel's latest generation Kaby Lake processor that can Turbo Boost up to 4.1 GHz. Step up to the 4K 21.5-inch and you can get either a Radeon Pro 555 or 560 card, and if you upgrade further to the 27-inch iMacs, they come with either a Radeon Pro 570, 575, or 580 GPU.
The new iMac is claimed to feature the best Mac display ever as it is said to be 43% brighter with a peek brightness of 500 nits.
The updated iMac (mid-2017 models) are available to order now on apple.com and will be in Apple Stores starting on Wednesday, June 7, 2017.
The company also provided its fans a glance at the forthcoming "iMac Pro" desktop that will commence delivering by the end of 2017.
The 15-inch MacBook Pro now has a 2.9 GHz seventh-generation i7 processor replacing the sixth-generation 2.7 GHz Core i7 processor on its predecessor. Usually Apple only refreshes their Mac line and maybe touches on some niche products, like the Apple TV or Apple Watch, during the WWDC.
The ProMotion display has refresh rates of up to 120Hz, making scrolling more fluid, smoother and responsive. The cellular model of the new 10.5-inch iPad Pro starts at $779 (Rs. 50100 approx). The larger iPad Pro 12.9 gains the specifications of the new iPad Pro but only comes in Space Grey, Gold, Silver colour options. It features four Thunderbolt ports. This will be our most powerful and fastest Mac ever, which carries workstation-class computing to iMac for the first time. Even if Apple introduces a thinner and a lighter MacBook Pro back in 2016, users still long for a brand new MacBook Air.
