At least 22 people were killed when the explosive device was detonated at Manchester Arena after Ariana Grande finished her gig.
On Tuesday night Theresa May announced that the UK's terror threat has been raised to critical, meaning another attack may be imminent.

"It seems likely, possible, that he (Abedi) wasn't doing this on his own", Rudd said on BBC radio.
She said up to 3,800 soldiers would be deployed on Britain's streets, freeing up police officers to carry out patrols and investigatory work.
The victims who have been identified as yet include an eight-year-old girl, two teenage girls and a 28-year-old man. He said the number of overall wounded was raised due to the "walking wounded" who came in hours after the attack. The daughters were safe.

Another victim was named by her college as Georgina Callander (18), who was studying health and social care at Runshaw College in Leyland, Lancashire. "These are highly traumatic injuries". David Ratcliffe, medical director of North West Ambulance Service, told reporters Tuesday that the children were among those taken to hospitals after the explosion at Manchester Arena Monday night, where scores of teenagers and youngsters were attending an Ariana Grande concert.

Asked about reports that Abedi had recently returned from Libya, Rudd said she believed that had now been confirmed.
