Chris Fitzgerald, Wisconsin's Barron County Sheriff, said that the tornado smashed the Prairie Lakes Estates trailer park located north of Chetek.
Another person was killed when a twister hit a housing subdivision in Oklahoma, CNN reported.
A spokesman for the National Weather Service said Northwest Oklahoma could see more severe storms Thursday.
Barron County Sheriff Christopher Fitzgerald on Wednesday praised the efforts of first responders.
On Tuesday, tornadoes were spotted in several states due to a massive storm system, and one person was killed in Wisconsin when a tornado struck a trailer park near Chetek.
The storm struck about 7:15 p.m. a subdivision south of Elk City, Oklahoma, almost 110 miles west of Oklahoma City. He said his sister also had a 2-month-old grandson, Nolan, in the home when the storm hit, and they had nowhere to go but the bathtub.

"This was a supercell that developed, a discrete storm", he said Tuesday night.
Seever said that Gavin worked at the turkey farm across the road from his mobile home that was also slammed by the storm. Tornado watches and severe thunderstorm watches were issued for Clark, Dunn, Eau Claire, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, St. Croix and Taylor counties in west-central Wisconsin, and a flash flood warning for Buffalo, Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, Pepin, Pierce, Rusk and Trempealeau counties.
In the immediate aftermath, Black, 67, said he dug two elderly residents out from the three-foot-high rubble that was left of their trailer home. There were at least 25 other people injured when the tornado hit the Prairie Lakes Estates trailer park, and many people living at the trailer park have been left homeless.
The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for a wide swath of Iowa, reports CBS affiliate KCCI in Des Moines.

Zimmerman says one person suffered minor injuries and that the tiny community of Pawnee Rock is "very fortunate" that the twister struck a largely rural area.
Fox 21 Meteorologist Brittney Merlot explained, "These violent strong winds flipped cars upside down and rolled mobile homes many lots away in Chetek".
About 50 to 70 homes were damaged and several were destroyed, he said.
