One of the actresses of Justice League compared the film to that of the Avengers, but not in a positive way!
Directed by Zack Snyder, Justice League stars Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman, Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry/Aquaman, Ezra Miller as Barry Allen/The Flash, Ray Fisher as Victor Stone/Cyborg, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Amber Heard as Mera, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Connie Nielson as Queen Hippolyta and J.K. Simmons as Commissioner James Gordon. As you could imagine, that wasn't the best way to answer those questions. A lot of fans are hoping that this movie will finally put DC on par with Marvel, but Lane doesn't seem to think so.
What do you think she means? While taking some fan calls, one viewer asked Lane if she could share any spoilers about Justice League, but she wasn't going to be tricked.
"No. Short, but honest".
There is no denying that after the release of the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice movie, the DCEU is still trying to find its footing as Marvel continues to release success after success in the superhero movie world. Fans and critics alike can make up their own minds once the Justice League movie is out this November. Whatever the effect of Diane Lane's opinion, we will have a chance to see how well DC regains its shine when Wonder Woman and Aquaman hit the big screen. The Justice League movie in still in post production, so it's possible she hasn't seen the whole film yet.
